This position is the heart of SOS! We aim for exceptional customer experience for all players, games, clinics, and events. We dazzle with our first impression, welcome people SOS, and make sure the first experience is smooth, informative, and FUN!
Job roles include, but are not limited to:
Vibe Check: Own the welcome. You’re the first "hello" and the person who sets the mood for SOS.
Storyteller: Become an SOS historian and treat every tour like you're showing a best friend SOS’s industrial roots.
Tech Guru: Make the SOS app and our cool tech feel like second nature for guests, anticipating tech glitches before they even happen.
Refreshment Hero: Master the “second drink” by delivering canned beverages from the SOS Bar and guiding players to the sustenance they need!
Pride in the SOS Experience: Keep the club looking snazzy and secure.
Ultimate Sub: Hop in a pickleball game if they need another player or show off new equipment
Compensation
Base Rate: $18-$23 per hour (Initial Training Period at $15/hr)

Customer Experience / Event Host
We’re looking for vibrant, detail-oriented people who love planning and assisting events! This position handles communication from start to finish for our group sales and parties. Groups from 6 to 150 are welcome to gather, celebrate, and PLAY at SOS!
Plan and seek out new opportunities for group sales and event ideas!
Compensation:
Base Rate: $20 per hour (Initial Training Period at $15/hr)
Perks: SOS Membership, 10% of gross sales of any lead that becomes a booked event
Special Event Sales
SOS is here to teach and help our players improve! We have pickleball, table tennis, billiards, darts, cornhole, and foosball. We’re always looking to add new coaches who will bring positivity, energy, and skill to the space. We offer clinics and classes for all ages and backgrounds, and we love new ideas. Health, wellness, and injury prevention (both on and off the courts) are a priority at SOS!
Compensation:
$15/hr Open Play
$20/hr Clinics
$25/hr Events
Set your own rate for private instruction on the app (SOS discounts court time and table fees 50% when coaches receive private lesson bookings)
Coaches
Bartender
We’re looking to fill out our welcoming and vibrant event team. SOS hosts a lot of parties, birthdays, and weekend hangouts, and we often need extra bartenders. As Baltimore’s newest social sports venue, our bar is stocked with alcoholic and non-alcoholic options as well as healthy alternatives like kombucha and coconut water.
Compensation: $10 per hour plus tips
