The SOS Pickleball facility has two dedicated indoor pickleball courts and game rooms that operate autonomously! This means you reserve your spot through the SOS Pickleball app (powered by PodPlay) or online, enter the facility with a private code, and play!

There are private bathrooms and changing rooms so you can head to/or from the office, as well as a players’ lounge and mezzanine that can be reserved for events. The location also has ping pong, pool, foosball, darts, and more.

It’s easy! If you prefer the app you can download it from the Apple or GooglePlay store. Just search for SOS Pickleball.

It’s up to you. SOS has equipment available for use.

Bank St. Deli is right across the street and serves cozy sandwiches. Hours are WED through SAT from 4 to 10pm. You can now order via QR codes onsite at SOS and meals will be brought to you during that time.

Catering orders for larger groups can be arranged in advance.

Alcoholic and Non-alcoholic beverages are available on-site during the evenings and events. Check in with an SOS team member for purchase.

Yes. Please bring your own towel and other supplies.

After you have made an account and made your reservation for an event or game room, you will have access to SOS 10 minutes prior to your reservation. Visit “My Bookings” in the SOS app or your online account to find your reservation and click the button that says TAP FOR ENTRY. The door will automatically open.

The door of SOS Pickleball is on Spring Street between Bank and Eastern Ave. The courts are monitored by video to ensure that rules are followed, as well as to ensure the safety of guests and staff.

Our SOS Gift Cards are for the pickleball player in your life who needs more time on the court! Or the billiards and table tennis players who are ready for more table time to improve their game!

All Gift Cards work on the SOS App, or Web Portal. eGift cards will be sent by email after they purchased, and the recipient will claim the gift amount by logging in to their account, and then going to “MORE” on the bottom right Navigation Bar, and then “Redeem Gift Card”.

Parking can be found by entering 1423 Bank St on your GPS, and anywhere on that 1400 block of Bank St. Alternatively, parking is available in the Fleet & Eden Baltimore City Parking Garage at 501 S Eden St, where parking is $5.

Discover the only dedicated, indoor pickleball courts in Baltimore City at SOS Pickleball! This short one-minute video details how SOS utilizes the PodPlay technology system to provide the ultimate Pickleball experience for players and spectators!

• Rally Buttons located at each baseline keep score (and hold for 1 second to clip a 30 second replay!)

• Kiosk, below the Scoreboard Monitor, adds players to the game, sets teams, game type and points needed to win, and provides option for immediate game results uploaded to DUPR!

• Scoreboard Monitor keeps the game simple and engages spectators.

• Instant Replays can clip the last 30 seconds of play by pressing for 1 second hold on a Rally Button, or pressing the big red, replay button the Kiosk. Replays are instantly played on the Scoreboard Monitor (no more arguments if the ball is in or not...) and are saved to all attending players "My Booking" tab in their SOS App/Web Portal. All Clipped Replays can be instantly shared via text message or sent to social platforms. SOS has a monthly virtual $dollars$ giveaway for the best Replay!
